Thank you so Mr. Daniel for well-presented article. I would like to mention that Salva has no authority to give land of people to other people. This action is unconstitutional. In my opinion these things happen because the Upper Nile state Governor has not carried out his duties to protect the state territory. He should have send law enforcement personal to its border with Jonglei state.

Second The Panyikango County should have sent its police and other law enforcement personal to restore peace and security within the county. But since none of Governor nor Commissioner doing anything, no thing will change. Those people know they don't have right to claim the land, but since no reaction from legal authorities mention including Pachodo, then they will still be there until they are forced to get out. Action does matter rather then words as we can see their existence is a matter of action. Authorities have to take their responsibility: Pachodo, Governor, and Panyikango commissioner by sending their law enforcement personal to the territory. Salva has nothing to do with the solution, forget about him do what is right and legal.

Not only Obang (Canal, but Alaki, Ywomo and Pachodo may be claimed by Dinka in future because they have come to know that Collo leaders have become cowards who fear to react but only keep on hiding their heads on the sand when things are hot to touch. From my research on traditional land tenure in Collo Kingdom in 2004, I was told by Chiefs and Elders that all the land of Collo belongs to the king (Reth). I am wondering at this moment whether the President of GoSS, Salva Kiir, took permission from Collo King so that Canal could be made the capital of one of Dinkas counties of Jongeli State?

I was born in Atar I am a son of Panyikango, my question is what the hell the commissioner of Panyikango is doing? If he thinks that he can not run the county because of his coward and inability than he should leave that position to someone else who does care about the land and people. really GOSS has failed under Mr #### Salva Kiir.

I have seen the document signed by the two sections Dinkas of Luaj and khorflus(ko-oluth). The wards ko-oluth and pijo are Collo wards. The most unfortunate thing in this illigal conference between the Dinka sections is that the Dinka Governor of upper nile state Galwang Deng Grang(a Dinka) appended his signiture in the document excluding the commissioner of the bordering county of Panyikango. So the conspiracy of the Dinka is very clear masterminded by Dinka chief Salva Kir who has no sense of remorse and, defiles the church in Juba with his lies that he went to settled the dinka sections' affairs because it happened before that of Anakdiar.But to make things worst, he gives away the Collo land. If I were the Commissioner of Panykango, I would tender in my resignation to show the world my dis approval of the ordeal. But it could not come definately from Daniel Odok(falsly baptized with the name of the most brave prophet of all times in the bible who stayed in the Lions'dent). He Daniel Odok is a part of the conspiracy, the way he shamfully rigged elections in Tungo and killed guards of Dr. Lam at the time of the convention. He never went to the barial of the Hero-guard who happened to be a reltive of his, nor did he go for the funeral. Thus Odok will be the last to resign let alone to die for the course of the Collo Land. He was one time told by the army general at Korfulus(Dhoman) to bring his police and establish a post, but the coward was scared.Chief Salva will account for his wrong deeds one day when they are paid in their own coins and the time had come to pass. I believe not only collo are hurt by Salva Kiir's leadership in Southern Sudan. Many tribes are hurt as well, but I can honestly say most of innocents who are mostly soared by Kiir's negligent and lack of proper leadership skills are shilluk... every since the siging of CPA, just after the death of DR. John Garang, Kiir's folks have been targeting Shilluk in the city of malakal and in the villages as well.... I cannot say anymore than this because I am also hurt by Kiir and Bashir's ideologies that are ruining Shilluk kingdom and the whole Southern Sudan's peace.... hurt so bad? Yes I am! I just want to remind everyone to keep your eyes open fully about what is happening in malakal, and southern sudan as whole! Monitor them carefully and keep us inform!
Some SPLA/M politians were already warned by some advisors and civilians as well that Kiir does not fit for President in Southern Sudan. One, He has failed to disarm Dinkas, Secondly he supports Omar's idealogoies! And, the question is how can you select a person who rarely open a bible or never has a chance to practice God's words? please seek a better leader for south sudan though found oversea!

Just to remind Pres. Kiir's supporters... Please! War is not a very good option! and, No one is saying that War is too bad... but thoughless, rush, stupid and lack of intelligents war is the one that everyone doesn't like! God knows better than human being!

It is very obvious now that SPLM/A and GOSS tend to serve Dinka tribe since the reception of GOSS if we exclude mentioning the liberation period. However, Collo patience remains strong despite of their Patriotically sacrificial contribution to obtain southern independence. But Collo people are forced to loose their moral endurance when their right to be and lands are becoming the second manifesto of SPLM/A.

Collo have cried out to GOSS for the protection of their lands and their being. GOSS has done nothing in regard to that calls rather than giving Dinka an order to start killing and dislocating Collo people. We are in war with SPLM/A and GOSS.
Recently, Salva Kiir has visited Malakal on tribal business to unite Dinka of Upper Nile in order to stronger their position against Collo and other tribes in the region.
During liberation period, Garang had killed everyone whose opinion favor separation. Recently, there was a posted article that states that, " it is better to loose the south than loosing the notion of the new Sudan." Dr. Lam was already killed if God did not preserved his life and Dr. Raik Macher could not reamined in GOSS if no Paulino Matip. According to SPLM/A dictionary, Collo must be weped off the map for the sustainability of notion of "new Sudan".

Have Pagan Amum, Oyai Deng, Dr. Adowk and other Collo figures in SPLM/A and GOSS part of Dinka conspiracy against Collo people and land?

1-Pagan, Oyai, Dr. Adowk and other Collo in SPLM/A and GOSS are you silence?
2-Because you do not know the intention of Dinka?
3-Becuase you are influneced by Dinka power?
4-Because you want only your families in Collo lands after Dinka killed other families?
5-Because the notion of the New Sudan is more important than Collo people?
6-Because your are afraid of other Collo figures to replace you from your offices.
7-Because you are holding nominal positions without powers?
If your answer is yes question number two, than we are in one position. Other than that, you will never do anything to rescue our people because you share the same vision with Dinka. Then Collo fight is therefore not only against the Dinka, but against you.
As matter of fact, we are fighting with forces that have been built for decades. They got every power to excute the plans, but to assure you all, no one have a divine power exterminate all God creatures.

We have seen it in Iraq AND Rawanda as two examples. Saddam Hussin for example had killed thousands of Kurds in many ways, but he did not wepe them off as he had thought. He had turned to use chemical weapons against them, but still he didn' finshed. In oposite, Saddam Hussin had ended with his families and his governmental officials for good. Likewise, to the fate of the killers in SPLM/A and GOSS.

Through help of our brothers and sisters, Dinka were able to dwell or live in Collo villages. They have settled on our beloved dead grandfathers, our fathers and monthers, sisters, brothers and children. Among them are religious figures. They have torn down Collo sanctities. Through their help, Dinka invaders dance on their resting souls, anoying them with strange languages, cultures and behaviors.

Pagan, Oyai, Dr. Adowk and other brothers and sisters, our fight against you and Dinka will encroach you in two ways. The dead Collo people from their toms will be on one side and we on other side. Change now before it is too late. You visit Europe, Africa, America. Because of our credibility, you enjoy that free mobility. But, let assure all of you, soon or later, that diplomatic journey is going to cease. We will confine you in Juba and in Cario. We have capability to block your further missions because killers do not deserve freedom of mobility and reception. We will preach the news and lounded our voice against injustice and arrogant leaders. Yes, we will do that. We will mobilize against you about your incompetency and irresponsibility that brought grievances to our people. This land is a Shilluk land. ###,Salva has no jurisdiction over land.This is different from giving away public money to your tribemen which caused bankcraption in to the nation wealth. Listen Collo, forget about GOSS and remember GOSS has no power to give away any land,don't get confuse. What ever Salva or Gatluk sign is not binding to Collo.Now the panyikango County is required to send it law enforcement personnels to its territories.
