Thank you very much brother Carlo for this useful and valuable info you provided. Your contribution in this forum would always be highly appreciated. Please keep up the good work.
However, my main concern about deferring the general elections to February 2010, as it is shown on the “NEC Official Elections Calendar” you provided above is that; it will be kind of running a little too close to the referendum. That on the other hand can easily result in postponement of the referendum to a farther date down the road, which of course would be another major violation of the CPA (if this incompetent animals called GoNU and GoSS with the leadership of its SPLM tribe can really manage to lead us safely, and peacefully to the referendum at the end of the day)
In fact I find this whole thing of deferring elections to farther dates, and unnecessary prolonged delays in implementing some of the CPA key items, as serious and direct violations of the very CPA itself. But hey, one has to always keep reminding himself that we are here dealing with some incompetent animals.

Sudanese chronic problems will not be solved by conducting a complicated national election .Sudan has witnessed many failed elected governemts.I think that peace agreenemts and national elections are golden chances for Jelaba,s military institution to rule Sudan again, again, and again.Do we as Chollo know what we want to achieve? It is said that politics is the art of achieving what is possiable? Let,s be concerned much more about our Today,s political challenges than preoccupying ourselves with the future. My dears Dr Changjwok Awin and Wad Tito, Addis Ababa Peace Agreenent Syndrome is striking again. History always repeats itself when mankind don,t learn from it.

Than you very much Mr.Carlo for this great effort and for this updating information , keep it up.
I wish both of SPLM and GoSS are ready for that very hard task with in very short period of time!. but what i can see is the reverse, beacuse i didn"t heared about any rally or any official statment from SPLM or GoSS regarding this issue or any kind of preparation ,all of us know it will not be an easygoing process and every one is needed to do his side for the free SOUTH SUDAN(if we want it to be peacfull referendum).so let us start from now and not from tomorrow(( Jalaba are not sleeping, so please don"t sleep too much)).
