Did Pachodo Community in USA become political entity?

It?s has been a quiet long time since what so called Shilluk International Congress (SIC) issued a press release in the name of Shilluk Community in USA, in which they attacked Mr. Pagan Amum and favoring Dr.Lam Akol, moreover they went far indicating that Mr. Amum has no political base in Shilluk community while Mr.Akol has it, that?s totally distortion of the fact that Shilluk community do not discriminate among its members as long as they are Shilluk.
My concern is not the content of SIC statement or who attack who? My concern is the use of community body to attack a community member. As a community member is feel that the executive body of Pachodo in USA the one who has jurisdiction over the community should have come up and clearify the situation to its members rather than keeping silent on the issue, which may lead to multi-personal interpretation such as collaboration with SIC in that statement or they pass the community leadership to what so called SIC.
Because by simple common sense somebody can?t claim your possessions, and you just keep silent, that indicate the possessions are not yours. In our case we know for sure the possessions are ours, why we didn?t claim them? The Pachodo executive body is entitle to answer the this question

Yes, Mr Lwanyo, the statement that you have just mention is very true because we do not belong to so call SIC or its affiliates, but our problem here in USA is the weakness of the Pachodo executive body which never say anything about such issues, and I would urge any Collo member to challenge executive body in this upcmoing meeting in Kansas City, Missouri, so that we (Collo) member in US would know where they belong to.
