Congratulations to Ustaz Dr. Peter Othow for finally achieving this highest education degree. Dr. Peter has been known as an intelligent advanced Mathematics and Physics teacher and lecturer.

Dr. Peter has been one of my best teachers in St Lwanga Secondary School in Malakal and I was sure that he was going to get his PHD successfully.

I wish him all the best of luck in the rest of his career of research and teaching South Sudanese generations. God bless him.

Please, allow me to whole heartily congratulate you for your great achievement of obtaining your PhD Degree. As a colleague since time immorial, I don’t hesitate to congratulate on that, it is the biggest strength you have achieved in life.
When we have the right attitude, opportunities are always there. Your kind positive thinking for upbringing our children from Upper State beginning from Intermediate schools, Secondary schools and now Upper University, speaks alot of your achievement on that PhD. Congratulations Brother!!
That is not the end, however, still feed your mind with wholesome thoughts and reading of more books including writing more.
May the peace of God reign upon you to do much more in our State University.
