 بعد مخاض عسير دامت أشهرآ عدة وعبر عملية قيصرية تم ولادة الجنين الذى طال انتظاره كثيرآ ولكن للاسف خرج ذلك الجنين الى الوجود مسخآ مشوهآ هذا الوصف هو ما يمكن إطلاقه على ما خرجت به الحركة الشعبية من قرارات حيال مرشحيها لمنصبى رئاسة حكومة السودان وحكومة الجنوب .

 The Alliance of Southern Sudan Political Parties which was in the South-South Dialogue in Khartoum last year met official on Wednesday 13th January 2010 in Khartoum to nominate a Presidential candidate for the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS).

 The Interim Constitution of Southern Sudan (2005), which is a corollary of the Interim Constitution of the Sudan , does not allow the contestants for the highest seat of the President of the Government of Southern Sudan to be in military uniform or possess a military title.

If it becomes true in few days that H.E. Lt. Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit is going to contest for GoSS Presidency, the 2008 Elections Act shall require him to pull out the military uniform and titles on himself and put on civilian suit or Nigerian Jellabia even if he wears it with a cowboy hat.
