Greater day for hard working man william Dak.received his master degree in civi engineering and Envirnonmental Sciences. Congratulation for God his award,you deserved it your hardship of had been working night and day.(Full of the Holy spirit and led by the spirit in the wilderness.IT is written in Luke 4.1-4)There are so many things it mean for your achievemen in the community, in country and for yourself.I hope you will do more than. It's time to say thank you brother Oyath. I do know very well that one day you will make it as you did today. This achiemement you made is not for you alone. Remember what you told Ustaz William Othwon Awar at the time the teacher ( Pachodo secondary school) Today our governor of Upper Nile. I believe his guidelines had helped you today. I do claim that you are the man of his word.
